Veterinary Technology Program

Faulkner State is proud to announce a new Associate in Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology.  The goal of the Veterinary Technology Program is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to enter and progress within the Veterinary Technology services occupation as employees of veterinary offices and clinics.

Please Note: There have been changes to the Admission Requirements for Veterinary Technology.  The 2013-2014 College Catalog and Student Handbook reflected requirements of 360 hours of practical experience with a veterinary clinic and two letters of recommendation (page 128).  These requirements have been removed at this time.  The program is currently first come, first serve.  This change is reflected in the online 2013-2014 College Catalog and Student Handbook and will be changed in the printed version of the Catalog.  For more information on these changes, contact 251-580-2101 or 251-580-2202.

See the changes reflected in the online version of the 2013-2014 College Catalog and Student Handbook.
